Meet Brent & Karissa Thomas

Once upon a time in the beautiful hills of East Tennessee, something unexpected happened. At a previous job, Karissa slid into Justin’s DMs, asking to work with him. And while that could’ve been the end of the story, it was just the beginning.

Karissa brought her husband, Brent, to help with an event and to assist Justin behind the scenes. Little did they know, a bromance was about to bloom. That weekend, a beautiful friendship formed between Justin and Brent and we will add in Karissa too.

What started with a simple favor quickly grew into something bigger. Brent began helping Justin at other events, offering support and guidance along the way. Before long, Justin popped the big question: “Will you be my manager?” Brent’s answer? A casual, “...sure.”

Okay, now that story time is over (and yes, it’s all true), what started as a trusted friendship turned into a business. 

Connections were formed, partnerships were made, and more creators joined in, drawn to Brent’s trustworthiness, integrity, honesty, and—of course—his good humor and skills.

A couple of years later, Karissa joined the management side, and… everyone left. JUST KIDDING! Together, we’ve built BMT Consulting Group into what it is today: a team dedicated to helping creators succeed through trust, integrity, and meaningful partnerships.
